The Rawls Springs Utility Association, Inc. was formed on August 13, 1965. John L. Prine, Doris Sennett, Ray Davis, Barney Sullivan and Vernon Hall were the first Board members. On October 2, 1990, Articles of Amendment were filed creating Rawls Springs Utility District, the association became Rawls Springs Utility District, a combined water, sewer and fire protection district. Over the years, we have strived to meet the needs of the Rawls Springs area.
