Rawls Springs Utility District board members are appointed by the Forrest County Board of Supervisors for a five year term. Board members are committed to service to the Rawls Springs area. The Board of Directors hosts the annual Utility District customer meeting on the second Monday of July. Check the monthly newsletter for the location and time of the annual meeting.
