When a Rawls Springs Utility District (RSUD) customer has a wastewater/sewer problem that they suspect to be in the wastewater/sewer lines maintained by the RSUD, the customer should contact the RSUD office immediately.  The RSUD will employ an outside contractor to diagnose and verify the location of the problem.  If the problem is in the wastewater/sewer lines maintained by the RSUD, the RSUD will be responsible for repairs.  If the problem is the lines maintained by the customer, repair costs are the responsibility of the customer.
