There are several options to pay your monthly RSUD bill:
 
1. You can pay your utility bill online using a credit or debit. The payment tab is located under the “Bill Payment Options” on the Utility District’s home page (https://www.rawlsspringsutility.com/).
 
2. You can pay your utility bill using your bank’s online payment service.
 
3.You can pay your bill by mailing your payment and bill to the utility district office.  Rawls Springs Utility District, 39 Archie Smith Rd, Hattiesburg, MS 39402
 
 4.You can pay your bill at the utility district office by using the drop box or customer service window.  The window hours are Monday- Friday; 7:30am-3:00pm. 
 
The Rawls Springs Utility District’s Text Alert system is used to alert customers about water outages, boil water notices, etc…   Sign up for text alerts on the “Sign Up for Alerts” tab at  https://rawlsspringsutility.com/
