Here at Rawls Springs Utility we take emergencies and outages very serious. Please take and use this information to report any emergencies or outages so that we can respond to the issue in a timely manner.
If you are experiencing an issue please report it to the Rawls Springs staff using one of these options:
1. During business hours call the office at 601-268-2248 and we will relay the issue to the maintenance men.
2. After business hours call the office phone at 601-268-2248 and press #1 to be connected to the emergency line.
3. After business hours call the office 601-268-2248 and leave a voicemail with your name, address, and phone number so that we can pin point the issue the following business day.
4. After business hours call Tristan at 601-297-7767 and talk with him about the issue or leave a voicemail. (If Tristan can't answer the phone due to his response to an emergency please write a text message and leave the him a message about your issue along with your name and address.)
Please note that some times we can't answer the phone to discuss the issue with some people due to having already receiving several calls and we are working on a solution to the issue. This may mean that the maintenance crew will be in a hole working on the issue and can't answer the phone.
