ACCOUNT BALANCE: Payments are due by the 15th of the month.  Customers have a “Grace Period” until cut-offs on the 20^th of the month.  Payment after the office opens at 7:30 a.m. on the 20^th of the month will not prevent service interruptions and late fees.  NOTE: Depending on the financial institution, electronic payments made on the 18^th and/or 19^th of the month may not be processed before the office opens on the 20^th.  All payments made using the Utility District’s deposit box are processed before the office opens on the 20^th.

 

2026 APPROVED UTILITY RATES: The Rawls Springs Board of Directors have voted to approve the following rates for 2026.  These rates will be applicable with the January billing cycle.

Commercial Accounts           

 

          Sewer (3000 gallon minimum)           $25.75            

 

                    Each additional 1000 gallons             $6.75              

 

          Water (3000 gallons minimum)          $25.75

 

                    Each additional 1000 gallons             $6.75

 

                                                                     $51.50             Total minimum charge

 

Residential Accounts             

 

          Sewer (3000 gallon minimum)           $24.75

 

                    Each additional 1000 gallons             $6.00              

 

          Water (3000 gallons minimum)          $16.75

 

                    Water additional 1000 gallons            $4.75
